Flat Rate - Fair Go Policy

Our flat rate services are results-based, not dependent on time limits. This means we’ll work through the checklist of tasks for your booked service (plus any extras you've selected) until everything meets our standards.

At the time of booking, you’ll receive an estimate of how long the cleaning will take. Our cleaning partners receive the same estimate to help them plan their day. These are just guidelinesβ€”our team usually works harder and faster if possible.

On the rare occasion that our estimates are incorrect, our FAIR GO POLICY applies. The cleaning team will work up to 1 hour longer than the estimated time at no extra charge. If additional time is needed to complete the entire checklist to our satisfaction, extra charges may apply. In such cases, we’ll always contact you to confirm any additional charges before proceeding.
