Professional cleaners can perform a bond clean most efficiently when all areas of the property are empty. Only leave furniture, appliances, and other items if they belong to the property.

[02] - Do I need to be present during the clean?

It's up to you! As long as our cleaners have clear instructions on how to gain access into your home, we will take care of the rest. Many of our customers prefer to schedule their end of lease cleaning service during the workday and leave a key for access.

[03] - Do you require electricity and hot water for the vacate cleaning service?

For any end of lease cleaning services, the vacate cleaners will need electricity and warm water to complete a thorough job without complications.

[04] - Do the cleaners bring their own equipment and cleaning products?

The cleaning team will bring all the necessary equipment and supplies to complete the end of lease clean.

[05] - What if my REA is not satisfied with the bond cleaning service results?

All end of lease cleaning services come with a vacate cleaning guarantee. If your estate agent or property manager finds anything related to the service hired not satisfactory, the vacate cleaners will return to fix things up at no extra charge.

[06] - Can I reschedule or cancel the end of lease cleaning service?

No stress at all! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled end of lease cleaning service to avoid a late cancellation fee. Also, you can manage your bookings in your account, or just give us a call/email at any time.

Flat Rate - Fair Go Policy

Our flat rate services are results-based, not dependent on time limits. This means we’ll work through the checklist of tasks for your booked service (plus any extras you've selected) until everything meets our standards.

At the time of booking, you’ll receive an estimate of how long the cleaning will take. Our cleaning partners receive the same estimate to help them plan their day. These are just guidelinesβ€”our team usually works harder and faster if possible.

On the rare occasion that our estimates are incorrect, our FAIR GO POLICY applies. The cleaning team will work up to 1 hour longer than the estimated time at no extra charge. If additional time is needed to complete the entire checklist to our satisfaction, extra charges may apply. In such cases, we’ll always contact you to confirm any additional charges before proceeding.
