More than 24 hours before your clean:
Cancel or change for free. No fees, no questions asked.

Less than 24 hours before your clean:
A cancellation fee of 50% of your booking total applies.

Less than 2 hours before your clean, or if you cancel on the spot:
A fee equal to 100% of your booking total applies. At this point your Pro has either already travelled to your property or is about to — this fee covers their committed time.

The easiest way to avoid fees is to let us know as early as possible.

No. The price shown in the calculator is the price you pay. There are no call-out fees, travel fees, or service charges added at checkout. The only exception is a late cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled inside 24 hours.

No. End of Lease Cleaning is a one-off service. Frequency discounts and recurring booking options do not apply.

For most services, your card is authorised the day before your clean to confirm payment — you are only charged once the job is complete.

Only for End of Lease and Move-in / Move-out services, a 50% deposit will be applied once we have confirmed the service with you. The remaining balance will be processed after your service has been completed.

When you book, you'll receive an estimated duration. This is a guideline — our Pros often finish faster.

If the clean runs over the estimate, here's exactly what happens:

• Up to 1 hour over estimate — covered at no extra charge, every time.
• More than 1 hour over estimate — we'll contact you first and confirm before any additional charges apply. You're always in control.

Most cleaning companies give you 48 to 72 hours after the clean to report any issues. We give you 7 days.

If your property manager identifies any issue with the cleaning work within the scope of your booked service and selected extras, contact us within 7 days of the clean and we'll return to fix the specific items at no extra charge. No disputes, no fine print.

No. Carpet steam cleaning is an add-on service that can be booked alongside your end of lease clean. Confirm with your property manager whether it is required before booking.

No. End of Lease Cleaning is room-based only. Every room in the property needs to be completed to inspection standard — an hourly booking cannot guarantee that outcome. Pricing is confirmed upfront based on the rooms in your property.
