Room-based services are priced per room type — each bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area has a flat rate depending on the service level and property type. Hourly services are priced at a fixed rate per cleaner per hour. Your total is calculated live in the calculator and confirmed before you book.

The minimum booking value is $140 for all residential services. For office cleaning the minimum is $160 — two hours at $80 per hour. The minimum applies to the post-discount total.

Yes. Weekly bookings receive 10% off and fortnightly bookings receive 5% off from your second visit onwards. Your first clean is always charged at the full rate regardless of the frequency plan selected.

No. The price shown in the calculator is the price you pay. There are no call-out fees, travel fees, or service charges added at checkout. The only exception is a late cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled inside 24 hours.

Yes — our pricing is consistent across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, and Sydney.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely through our booking platform after your clean is completed.

For most services, your card is authorised the day before your clean to confirm payment — you are only charged once the job is complete.

Only for End of Lease and Move-in / Move-out services, a 50% deposit will be applied once we have confirmed the service with you. The remaining balance will be processed after your service has been completed.
