Our flat rate services are results-based, not dependent on time limits. This means we’ll work through the checklist of tasks for your booked service (plus any extras you've selected) until everything meets our standards.

At the time of booking, you’ll receive an estimate of how long the cleaning will take. Our cleaning partners receive the same estimate to help them plan their day. These are just guidelines—our teams usually works harder and faster if possible.

On the rare occasion that our estimates are incorrect, our FAIR GO POLICY applies. The cleaning team will work up to 1 hour longer than the estimated time at no extra charge. If additional time is needed to complete the entire checklist to our satisfaction, extra charges may apply. In such cases, we’ll always contact you to confirm any additional charges before proceeding.

Our Cleaning Guarantee ensures that if any aspect of the agreed service is not completed to satisfaction, we will promptly arrange for a team to re-clean the specific missed areas at no additional cost.

To be eligible for this guarantee:
• The service must have been hired as a flat-rate clean or with a clearly defined scope of work that was not completed as agreed.
• The request must be made within 24 hours of the service being completed.
• There must be no outstanding balances on your account.
• The guarantee does not apply to hourly services, where the cleaner manages tasks based on the time booked. If additional time was required to complete all tasks, a re-clean does not apply.
